By accessing this website or requesting consulting services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and do not submit enquiry forms.
Services described
Pages describe employment consulting focused on workplace culture coaching and onboarding readiness in Germany. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (email confirmation or signed agreement).
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and original materials prepared for clients, remains the property of Digitalsysengine or its licensors unless a written agreement transfers specific deliverables. You may not copy coaching materials for resale or public redistribution without permission. Client-specific readiness plans delivered under an engagement may be used internally by that client.
No legal or language advice
Our work does not constitute legal advice on employment contracts, works-council procedures, or immigration. We do not provide German language instruction. Engage qualified counsel or language teachers where those needs arise.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Digitalsysengine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from decisions you make after coaching or reviews. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for intent or gross negligence).
Website accuracy
We aim to keep fees, consultation descriptions, and contact details current. Content may change without notice. If a published fee conflicts with a written quote, the written quote prevails for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
