Cookie policy

What cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be essential for basic functions or used to understand how the site is used.

How we use cookies

Digitalsysengine uses essential cookies (or local storage) to remember your cookie preference, and may use analytics cookies only if you accept them via the banner. Rejecting optional cookies does not block browsing, forms, or consultation pages.

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
digitalsysengine_cookie_consent Stores your Accept or Reject choice for the cookie banner Until cleared (localStorage) Digitalsysengine
_ga / _ga_* Optional analytics: distinguish visitors and sessions (loaded only after Accept) Up to 24 months Google Analytics (if enabled)
_gid Optional analytics: distinguish visitors within 24 hours 24 hours Google Analytics (if enabled)

Managing or disabling cookies

Use the banner on first visit to Accept or Reject. To change later, clear site data for digitalsysengine.digital in your browser, then reload the page to see the banner again. You can also block cookies in browser settings; essential preference storage may then reset on each visit.

Third-party cookies

If you accept analytics, third-party providers may set cookies subject to their own policies. Embedded images from public image hosts do not set Digitalsysengine analytics cookies by themselves.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting or blocking optional analytics cookies does not remove access to consultations, fees, field notes, or the contact form. Only aggregate visit measurement is affected.
