Scope

Four to six coaching sessions of 90 minutes, delivered on-site or by video, plus a short written culture brief tailored to your organisation.

Included

  • Intake interview with HR and the participant or team lead
  • Culture map covering hierarchy, feedback, meeting etiquette, and decision pace
  • Live practice of probation conversations and peer feedback
  • Personal onboarding readiness checklist
  • One follow-up check-in four weeks after the final session

Not included

  • Legal advice on employment contracts or works-council procedures
  • Language instruction or German language courses
  • Recruitment or candidate sourcing

How we work

  1. Briefing call to clarify roles, team structure, and known friction points
  2. Culture map workshop with the participant or cohort
  3. Coaching sessions focused on real situations from the workplace
  4. Written readiness plan and optional manager debrief
  5. Follow-up check-in to adjust habits during the probation window

Constraints

Available for employers and individuals based in Germany. Group size capped at eight for cohort coaching.
